I'm sure it does come on the high side for many its because many of the other estimates are highly conservative. I don't care much to share my calculation, its not a teaching platform.

Keeping WK is unlikely. The very positive news yesterday, puts WK in derisked status. It will be sold in full. Eurasia it seems have been conservative with their calculations and this bodes well for the dfs. I've already upped my target to > £3.70 per share

Buy out very soon, so null question.

That was my thought as well. The WK results also suggested that Eurasia has been extra conservative in their calculations.

Experience in the other mining sectors dictates that this will move soon but not immediately. The predicted share prices at £1, £2 and £3 are those at the final sale. Might be worth checking back in a few days and also doing your own research on how the share price moves.

Could be a £10bn buy out.

The other mine is many multiples of this. I've changed my target sale price to 376p.

The Rhodium and other prices are higher and they represent a significant portion. The average price can therefore be increased. The cost of mining is 400 to 500 dollars and can be deducted as such. There are other parts to the calculation, but these two factors significantly increase the price. It is a highly derisked mine and would be sold at a reduced discount to the buyer. Thats why I belive that the current share price only reflects WK.

It could also hit £1.20, £1.80, £2.50 or well above. The wait is almost over.

It can as easily drift to 42p. The ground resources indicate it should be well above 42p, so the drifting is an artificial setup.
