The ACF report goes with the confirmed assets only and judging by their other reports they tend to avoid targets that include unconfirmed reports.

Taking all assets into consideration and the current Rosgeo JV and using conservative valuation using between 1-8% of the assets in the ground (dependent on what is known about the assets), the value is well above the 70p ( which should form the base minimum).

My lower and upper estimated valuation is between £4Bn and £12Bn, and I err closer to lower mid point between the two for my own estimations (until further confirmed news).

There is a lot of potential, so very easy to get carried away and it's better to estimate on the lower end to keep feet firmly on the ground. Any value above 70p in the "substantially all" sale of assets will be taken as a very positive outcome.

Hi Ian. I'm trying to gauge what a SD means to people compared to their company valuation. Some are suggesting 50% of the valuation. I'm not sure what people think, but it would be good to get some views. In my opinion "substantially all" would suggest most of what Eurasia have. But, how much of that goes towards a SD is my big question.
