As advised by others, it's unlikely that Geo will be buying in the open market at this stage to hedge against the deal failing, they simply have the commitment of stock from the disclosed holders.Therefore, what happens to all the stock that's been dumped this week, do the market makers hold these, and therefore very long, until conclusion. If the deal fails, does that not create a huge overhang of stock?

Sold 75% holding on the morning of announcement day at 19.04-19.06, buying some back at these levels gives a reasonable risk/reward punt. It is odd that they are dripping this down though, wonder if there is noise and traction coming through, over and above the pi's, that there may well be over 25% prepared to spit there dummy out!

With the current 3% disparity and in the hope of a new development, I'm buying again, non of my purchases are being shown this morning!

That will be Geo, they will have been snaffling shares all day, probably grabbed circa 3% to add to the 25% they have been offered. What's worse is they are getting them cheaper than there derisory offer!

Let's see if James Menzies can do any better with Coro. The team with him at the helm look the real deal in terms of value creation. They will build and sell, something he's proven at. For all there operational inadequacies, I had faith in our board in there ability to do deals.....as I said earlier just looks like they threw in the towels, maybe events surrounding DC were a wake up call!

I’m certainly a buyer, taken large funds out of Amerisur after today’s decision. I’ve been wanting a larger holding in Coro so starting to accumulate. JM will build and sell. Clearly a lot of energy behind the scenes to get this built to a decent market cap.

I've sold 75%, the multiple interested parties just weren't interested in paying much more than M&P. Guess you buy Geo if you feel hard done to and want to try for more Amerisur value. I'm all but done.

Nothing has changed, we are merely waiting the outcome. Patience is being worn thin because the waiting game feels tough and it’s much too tough for some as can be seen on this and other bulletin boards. This investor type is fodder for the market maker, probably quite a few that have jumped in late and cut with a 5% loss to move onto another story for another loss. Most PI lose out due to lack of patience. I’ve lost a lot of money in my early days when stocks I had researched and subsequently bought went down. Consequently selling at a loss by either bottling it or getting bored. However, most would have granted me the opportunity to at least recoup or make money had I held. Malaise has you constantly searching out the next big thing or rumour, switching funds from stock to stock on the never never. If you believe in something, sit it out. And in this situation, for richer for poorer, at least be a part of the conclusion. Guess what, if no RNS tomorrow, this could move lower......doesn’t mean that a deal is off the table though folks.

There crafty games are having some effect, I guess they have used RBC as some leverage to create concern that there is more to it. I think not......sit tight.

Thoughts why they would offer a Downgrade at this point in time....seems an odd decision! Bit of selling coming in due to malaise, possibly hoping to get in lower if they think decision is still a few weeks away.

It does indeed look like operationally they are going about there business but all other projects have ground to a halt. IMHO that tells us where this is going.
