As for allocation usually on a percentage basis, dependent on how many are available and how many are applied for, you could get 5, 10, 20 per cent, I would not expect it to be very high, the only extra shares available will be those not taken up by existing shareholders.
However, if your shares are held in a nominee account it is a bit complicated, the nominee holder will be allocated a number of shares dependent on all their aggregated shareholdings and then they will decide the allocation percentage to their shareholders. So holders through different brokers may receive different percentage allocations.
