Like you I have been in this for over 25years and got shafted with the dilution and the ISIS Crisis .I am down too much to think about how i was so keen in this share i went to most AGMs in Paris and even attended the AGM in Bermuda (at least i saw some of the World HAHAHA) Still here and Shares not being sold until some Bigger Entity comes along to Buy out the Company when we will have little say other than to Sell Up .Good Luck to All Investors..

As I suspected a RTO at the latest or nearest to legal time they could Announce.Now have to see how this has been put together. still got.my fingers crossed but not optimistic of outcome !!!

Only My Take on The Matter But Robin has been Notorious in his Lateness and I suspect that an RTO is Likely but probably at the last possible time legally to announce it...Again Fingers Crossed ....

As we wait to see what comes Next I Reflect That My Dividend Payment For My Several Millions Of Shares Was Less Than One Payment I Made for One Batch of Shares at 23p (Yes 23p) Sadly I baled out of some a Couple of Weeks ago @.23 Simply because I have the Feeling we will be Asked to Support Us Being Backed into The "ASCENT RESOURCES" Deal and I worked that out as being worth around .175 Per hare at the time .I Really Cannot Believe the Ride We have been on all these Years and still Unsure Where I end Up with The Shares I have Still in My Possession. Good Luck to You All and as With My Own Investment (POOR) in AMUR do Hope there may Still be a Silver Lining (Though Doubt It) For All.

My Understanding about the Repayment Dividend is As long as it is Paid as A Return Of Capital then there should Not be any Tax Implications with that Type of Payment. Hopefully they can put a Caveat in their Present Undertaking that if no Suitable Reverse Company can be found the Remaining Cash Fund is Returned to Shareholders as Capital Repayment .

Sadly We All Wait With Everything Crossed Until The Deal Is Agreed And Monies Are In The Company's Bank ...... Then I Suspect The Board Will Come Back With The Opinion on The Dividend ....

Whether this war ends soon or next year the the Politics will make sure the Sanctions Stay in Place for years to come and Russian Retaliation Will Continue so Please do not put your Faith in any Conclusion of The War Ending Makes this Vote easier. As there is a lot being said about whether People Trust the BOD and Robin . This has Become a Politicised Asset .Any Deal with this Share Falls into that Political Area and Who Among Us Can Honestly Say that there is a Political Leader in The World at Present Who Looks Out For Anybody's Interest but Their Own. As a very long termer having bought my first 1m shares at 6p and even invested another £125k into this at 23p in the heady rise to the 40p days and did not sell thinking it would go much higher (greed and foolishness on my part) . Got my Average down to 4p over the years and even sold 150k at 11p a while back. Like many here would say If Only and would have - could have - should have !! Not any More the shares I have are Voting Yes for this Deal .As much, as I like most on here want and deserve a Better Outcome the one thing We are not alone in Encountering is the Unpredictability of Mr Putin and the Russian State. So very regrettably Its a YES from Me .I wish us all luck in getting this Passed Both at our EGM and the Russian Authorities !!!!!
