Speaking of V prices - what’s the latest for the US?

Basically ‘they’ are trying to kick the stuffing out of every BMN bull so ‘they’ can buy shares cheap. Drive the price down so far that even those that think they have a thick skin for AIM begin to question their investment decisions.

As the often say ‘the bottom is only in when people stop saying they think it’s in / were nearly there’. Next couple of weeks likely to be capitulation time.

It’s easy though right, fundamentals are great so easy hold…

Are the large sells today clustered around the low liquidity lunchtime period...?

Ok, Tesla’s focussed on Li battery’s, but will they always be? And the news is bullish for LDES regardless as VFRB will get a good 10-30% market share of the increase.

We have a very determined seller here, feels like someone is trying very hard to break the 4p threshold. You have to wonder why anyone would want to sell out that low, my guess is to stop loss hunt and of course below 4p there will be plenty of fear from existing holders as to how far left we have to fall.

They do say markets are irrational, and doesn’t this prove that.

Pdub - your always positive on here, but sometimes people need to see the other side of the investment case argument for a balanced view. I really do think you seek to preserve a BB that is immaculate so far as positive sentiments here, but it’s a shared board and everyone is entitled to share what they wish. Whether you like it or you dont.

Tekanalyst - noted it’s not easy to determine buys and sells in terms of individual transactions, but I’m not bothered about that. I can simply look at the volume on TradingView and see red months versus the green and it becomes obvious bears out outnumber bulls and thus downtrend continuation.

I maintain a balanced view on BMN. There is no point getting all hyped up on Hopium, when there’s so many unknowns.

What is great is the VFRB adoption, that should drive long term demand for a beyond steel and aerospace markets. It’s also great we have a new revenue stream coming online soon so far as V electrolyte.

What does concern me though is all this talk of loadshedding and how this seems to be getting worse in SA, and to what extent that impacts BMN’s operations. I hope to gain more insight into that in the Operational update in May, before I plonk any more cash in the BMN slot machine.

Pub - the reason we are still in a downtrend is because sells outweigh the buys. It is logical to assume until buys outweigh sells that bears will outnumber bulls. Total buy volume has to exceed total sell volume for number to go up.

Re: Dollar rand, fair play, it was just an off the cuff remark based on my view at the time. I haven't a clue really like most on here.

My other point was I believe institutions need to be onboard for a meaningful and sustained SP rise and into positive trending. I stick by that - I'm not saying there needs to be dilution here, but that we need them on board and not all PI's whom are more emotional about their buying and selling of shares (which sometimes leads to AIM shares being more volatile and less liquid).

Am I a current BMN shareholder with a reasonably large position (for me) - Yes.

Will I be buying more in the near future - Maybe.

'Dry powder'

No further buys from me until we get a big down day in the index's. BMN SP needs to prove itself (not the business, fundamentals are great IMO) what is NOT great is the SP trajectory and that matters from a capital preservation perspective. So I'll be looking to see how we fair if the index's roll over big time and if V prices continue to fall back. I'm not sure we have seen capitulation here and, until we do, we wont breakout of this downtrend I'm sorry to say.

I imagine FEAR will manifest itself below 4p. Nobody knows where the bottom is SP wise, but we can sure as heck know when sentiment is close to bottom. Dry power at the ready.

Dollar rand looks like it’s topped out, likely to decline from here.

From your link FB it states:

"Confirm that the primary listing is on a board or an exchange at least equivalent to that for which the application is being made on the JSE. The JSE will therefore not grant a secondary listing on the Main Board for an applicant that has a primary listing on a junior or secondary market of another exchange."

I assume AIM would be defined as a junior market in this regard, so therefore if that's true, BMN needs to be main market LSE then to access the JSE market as secondary listing. That would be a real positive if they moved off AIM.

In the interview Fortune mentioned involving their local capital markets, does that point towards the possible JSE parallel listing and I assume to do that they would need the main market LSE listing?

If that's the case, that would explain the posh video aimed more at investors in the SA market.

Kind of tells me all I need to know - the video isnt aimed at PI's.

Looks like the company pays attention to what is said on here then.

It also partly explains why we are 'down here' SP wise, as any cash raise involving II's will likely be based on the VWAP of the SP and we know II's don't buy at anything but a sizable discount- especially in the bear market lows for commodities.

I have full conviction on this idea.

Thanks Lamps - I think you're also in IRON too - if we take that as an example we know the SP trend didn't change in IRON until the II's got involved. So we have confluence there to say that the probabilities are stacked in the favour of this being a likely outcome for BMN.

Pub - why for future expansion needs of course (but why not sort out the CLN debt out at the same time maybe) - do you agree they would need additional funds for that?

BTW - it would be great for BMN to raise cash with II's. Do you really think the SP will take off again without their involvement? My view - no II's onboard, no change in SP trend.

Get ready for the II's - they are coming onboard, so expect them.

The video was created for a reason - my assumption is based on the style of the video, it's aimed at encouraging outside investment of the institutional kind - just my opinion though.

And there's another thing - the SP wont take off without the smart money onboard first, I'm fairly sure of that one. So I'm kind of expecting a cash raise at some point to bring the institutions onboard (then maybe we have SP appreciation). Given this recent video and the CLN's due in Nov, I'm starting to put 2 and 2 together here.

Just my take DYOR, NFA etc, I'm sure plenty will disagree and I'm very OK with that.
