ARCM - There are many of us invested in BMN (at at range of prices) that have complete conviction in our investment. Many that will hold out for the ‘end game’ in the BMN story, not just another trade.

But - good luck with your shorts, with 6 weeks to go until full year report and the rest of the news flow we are expecting for this year. I assume you must be shorting, as who else would waste their time trying to talk down their own investment.

‘Skate to where the puck is going, not to where is has already gone’. - The future Vanadium market looks to be rather bullish and BMN priced as an explorer seems very a very good bet IMO for future returns after the bear market moves on.

Agreed - some bear posters are asserting that the SP should be expected to follow fundamentals in a bear market and if not somehow the business is failing - doesn't work like that. The market cycles have to play out and BMN is no exception. BMN is probably in a stronger place fundamentally than it's ever been in the past, yet the market assigns a value as if it were not a producer yet. That's all down to market sentiment, nothing to do with BMN as a business, all to do with investors emotions during a bear market.

Whoever made money going with market consensus? The crowd is bearish, worn down by seeing the SP fall and bounces fade. It's all there to ensure only a very small number make it to the turnaround. Not everyone get's to win.

The only thing investors should consider now is whether or not we are under or over valued at these levels. Place your bets accordingly. The market will try and shake you out, that's it's job - it wants you to lose money, question is - are you going to let it.

Plenty on here will have thrown in the towel , nobody said investing was easy and you have to be prepared for the drawdowns on stocks in a bear market. But one day, BMN will be in a bull market and all this negativity and despair over the SP will be a forgotten memory and a mere blip on a long term chart IMO.

ARCM I agree, SP is very cheap IMO, I have bought more this morning. As far as I'm concerned this bags in the future, so yeah - might come down more but who knows where the bottom is. Happy to fish at these levels to benefit from future returns.

What I do know is it's a fools game to try and assume you can know where the bottom is and to try and nail it. We are all familiar with a certain character on here whom swore blind of a 1.5p SP - look how that ended.

Also, Largo is not sitting at ATL. That was back in Jan / Feb 2016.

Anyone care to speculate why Baker Steel sold out? Seems odd to do so, just prior to the positive RNS. Sure we are seeing V price weakness and the macro isnt great, but strange Orion see the long term with BMN whereas Baker Steel appear to be the opposite.

Could Orion be selling out the shares that have recently been converted beneath 6p? Not what I'd hope for, but it's a possibility I suppose if they want the cash upfront. There's an expectation that SP will head towards the 6p marker and that would give them exit liquidity as people buy into their sells. Not trying to be a downer, just trying to see a range of outcomes here, which I think is important to consider.

Good reaction this morning, buys outweighing sells, hopefully we can move up toward that Orion 6p target.

Happy to keep adding going forward, but I'm sure I'm not the only one that would prefer to add at sign of strength. Come on Bushveld, let's have that news flow ahead!

Very tough to buy lower volumes. MM's must be prioritising the large orders based on what others have said on here.

So desperate to bring the company down it’s laughable, it’s as if you don’t think that investors bother to read RNS’s properly.

I’m no finance genius, nor do I have a natural knack for reading financial statements but having read the RNS a couple of times now I have to say it’s such a clever deal. It really does shine how much Orion seem to be committed to working with BMN, the terms are very favourable when you consider the macro outlook.

I like how the bulk of the debt is staggered out over the 3 years in terms of annualised repayments with %’s that are backloaded to allow for higher production and (hopefully) higher V prices to feed through to the bottom line.

Convenient that you fail to mention BMN reserve the right to force conversion of the cln’s if the SP hits 16p. That in itself suggests there’s a fair chance the debt won’t be around until June ‘28, which will reduce interest charges.

HMHG - 'Dead cat bounce' - ok, let's see shall we. There's been an awful lot of volume today and that looks like a bull flag to me on the LTF.

Ok, correction - it's never been higher since then, can see a couple of big volume spikes prior to 2017 now that I've looked

Last time volume was this high on the daily was March 2017, it has NEVER been higher. Take that for what you will. NFA, DYOR.

Just looked at the multi year Vanadium price and can see what appears to be a multi year head and shoulders pattern forming. Anyone else spot that? If you know anything about TA that’s going to be an issue as if the pattern completes and the right shoulder completes..

For me the SP drop is a direct correlation with the V price dropping.

That's the online news article quote. I'm not saying it's correct, but that's what they have quoted.

CC is sooo desperate to buy lower than 4p, but as we all know the market loves to punish the bulls and the bears, so careful being overly bearish here IMO.

This update is not a bad one, no matter what you say to try and twist the truth the reality is investors will read the RNS and draw their own conclusions and realise it's not bad at all.
