A total of 22,744t of underground ore at a grade of 1.72g/t Au was stockpiled during the quarter to be processed on the heap leach pads once completed.

So this was the stockpile from the Q1,which is just one third of ore processed,means it is equal to 400 oz??

Anyway,we commissioned another pilot plant end of that quarter which was to process 4000t app and then go on to full capacity upto 20000t in future.?
All seems to be pushing us into direction of bigger production in near future and with really tiny mcap and with wast resources we will be producing 24k oz pa!! With no debt on the book!!

mickey1122,if we are producing 2k a month by the year end then SP will be in multiple of current prices!!
Production of that level,with nearing 2mil oz resources, and no debt,plus gold is holding higher grounds and AISC is lot lower than many producers!!

Yep,already 4 trades of 10k today,much more confident, and ask is increasing slowly though. 0.739 now for the last trade.

itsyou,yes it is conservative, but as per company, we will be reaching 24koz at the year end,and that makes me think we will be seeing some bigger numbers in Q3-Q4 this year and onwards. aimho.

All exploration results has been encouraging here till now.
Also resources has been increased.
Company saying will take production to 24koz in near future!
All seems to be falling in right place and next update will be within days imo.
Q4 2021 was 1k plus,Q1 2022 was 1.2k and this Q2 2022 with 1.4k or above will be called significant and will push the SP higher massively!! Imo.
We are in very good position,with already producing and no debt on the book.

This is from Q1 update:

Starting the open pit workings on Kilimapesa Hill has added significant capacity and is providing the flexibility to focus on underground development to increase the overall production to the planned 24,000 ounces pa target.

So for Q2 production will be much higher than the first quarter numbers of 1226oz!!
Company is saying,2022 will be game changer for gcat.

It did bounce from 1680 areas three times before and expected to much more higher than 1800,imo.

Last year financials doesn’t show any debt(can someone confirm pls?)
If so,this is the steal at this prices with producing 24000 oz per year and gold is sitting at good heights!

Q2 update due within days.
According to last update gcat were on track for the targets.
Also resources update showed increased in resources.
All looks good for the turnaround here!
Next target should be 1.2p plus,imo.

Once resistance is broken at 22p,we should be sailing around 24-25p,imo.

True wwal17, he was gonna buy more but because of “close period” he had to wait.
But he might be happy that now he can buy at good discounted prices.
