35mil usd equates to 29mil GBP.(conversion from dollar to pound)
they are distributing around 25mil GBP and will be left with 4mil GBP

after giving 1.8p to shareholders,company will still have left 4million from the sell of this asset!
plus company is sitting with 2-3million cash in bank already!!
and there is always value for a company listing on LSE even they do not have any cash in account(that is call shell)

buying here is giving minimum 50% profit from this level,imo
1.8p dividend is higher than current sp
plus cash left in bank

Astar, it will not make any difference as holding for few days will bring 1.8p per share in shareholders account plus remaining value of company in profit!!!!!
so no brainer really.........

money will be in account within 90days of receipt!!
so 50% profit within 90days is great upside!! (from 1.7p to 2.5p)

Should equates to 0.60-0.70!!
And 1.8 dividend!!
Altogether 2.4-2.5p is the value here imo
