All of the sudden many posters appeared as expected,saying this is the worst investment they ever had.lol
Also they are and will be advising everyone to stay away from this share.hahaha
But looking at the price action,it has not done too bad in last 4-5 years.
Price has been stable throughout this period.
Only people are in loss who bought in the beginning (as usual) or people who buys shares looking at the share on leader board( these are the people who loss most of the times), they never do research,they dont know much about company and just press the buy button when others are in big profit and start selling. But actually people should buy when others are selling,and price has dropped and will be recovering as stock is oversold.

Here, sp has dropped.
It is oversold.
RSI is too low.
Also, company is still producing!!
Gold is sitting at comfortably higher prices!
And the biggest positive is that,ONE OF THE DIRECTOR IS HOLDING 41% OF THE COMPANY!!
So if shareholders are losing? And so directors are losing much much than us!!

house market has not crashed too as per some predicted!! instead it is very stable condition or in many areas prices are still rising!!
also recent planning consent granted at Cheshunt Lakeside!!
all coming together and this is the great opportunity to get in cheaper!!

you are the one who press the buy button.
only problem is that, people do not know when is the right time to buy and when is the right time to sell though.
this share was at 0.16p in 2020,when lots of posters here were deramping like what is happening right now, but actually those derampers were buying quietly while keeping sp low and chasing buyers away.
they made good money from that levels.
now coming back to those levels and similar type of posts telling everyone to stay away.lol
actually good time to buy a share is when it has dropped enough.
imo, this is the right time as wheels are turning now.

Italy plant is ready now.
already raised some extra for france and croatia.
these 3 plants will be generating some good amount of money imo.
more countries will be interested in it soon.
