If the deals getting through then there is a possibility that adam will be in legal battle with some TR1 shareholder.

Machines we bought for HMS is extracting 80% minerals!
Also diamonds extraction is at good rates and selling is not an issue here.
AMS is already in this sector and they know our position is really strong with both licences in place and best equipped too!
Our mcap is 9mil only.
Cash to be received is $13mil which equals to £10.5mil!
So we are really undervalued even below our cash position now.
Plus out both assets for diamond and HMS which will be generating good amount of cash.
Company is ready to give significant amount to shareholders,which I believe will be minimum £5mil,which will be 0.50p minimum!!
Great opportunity to get in cheap here, I believe the RERATE will be quite significant here.
