When mid price is higher than actual buying price,then buys will show as sell.
In our case mid price is 58.50 and buys coming in at 58,which is lower than 58.50,thus shows as sell.
MMs often do these tricks to scare the buyers away making them feel like many people are selling.....

Looking at yesterday’s trades,most of them were buys before closing,just MMs were showing them as sell.
Same is happening here, fare game will be played when they are ready to move.
Btc is 38-39k now,should see more buyers piling in before close today.
