AVCT was recommended widely and suddenly T/W tries to question
the value of a share? I suspect he has shorted AVCT and needs support
from ignorant customers of his controversial tip sheet which is free and not worth
paying for.

Many parts of the world are overpopulated. Houses with gardens are destroyed and replaced
with concrete. Building Regulations mean developers get away with anything and individuals
are squeezed out of property with quality of life by neighbours who extend large houses and steal a view, etc.
