Dear Mattyboy, I have been a carer for many years and know what you have gone through.
You devoted 6 years of your life to look after your father and may have taken an interest in the
market to cheer yourself up . You are now in danger spending too much time behind the screen
trying to understand the market . Take it easy and look after yourself. Deep breathing in fresh air
and good food is good for your mood.

I never knew that I did know. Now I know
