I know SEYE are in the mix. However, I feel Cipia must have been affected by the ongoing war in Palestine/Israel. The Israeli economy is really suffering, the country is in turmoil and divided, dual nationals who liked getting free homes from Palestinians are returning to the US and Europe. If I was a European truck company I wouldn't risk using them. Their ability to deliver on any contract must be comprised in the next year as the world realises Hamas and Hezbollah are winning the war. In that respect it's similar to the penny dropping that Ukraine (even with NATO equipment, missiles and troops fighting secretly in Ukraine) cannot defeat Russia.

thanks very much for that contribution. i always learn something from your posts. do you think the fact that see can now go after the construction industry with gen 3 offers the opportunity for future oem license deals with manufacturers of that equipment?

separately, re. the size of the incoming aftermarket oem deals, how long before we get those huge deals pm mentioned and how big are we talking? pm in that last interview explained that the 2 issues that have held up aftermarket are now solved; 1. issues found in testing and fixes

2. type approval or ****logation.

those oems (who have to have it in place by july 2026) will surely be placing huge order for gen 3; in this financial year in order to ensure supply. they're more like to be in the hundreds of thousands than tens of thousands. i'm personally looking forward to daimler (mercedes parent) placing its order: https://www.daimlertruck.com/en/investors/reports/unit-sales

i appreciate the analysts at brokers need to be conservative but when those deals are announced, they'll have to revisie estimates upwards, which will help ensure a very healthy price rise.

Because SEE are better and Valeo have big plans for SEE.

Glandore, I'm not denying it was a poorly written RNS. Indeed, I said so at the time. But PM briefed analysts and it is unfair to label him deceitful.

The point about the royalties was in a Peel Hunt note. Shrewd to get the money upfront and avoid dilution.

PM confirmed cash breakeven in FY2025, though possibly a quarter later than expected. No biggie. Besides, when those Gen 3 contracts come in we'll be sorted regardless.

Thanks. A very convincing interview by PM. It seems the regulatory issues that held up Gen 3 are over, so my sources seem to be as good as ever. Looking forward to some big Aftermarket contracts in H12025. Maybe an RNS citing an OEM that has achieved certification would convince a few more funds to buy into this stock?

Positive developments re. Gen 3 sales are perhaps leaking out to some, even while some analysts temporarily downgrade price targets. The broker's sales guys will be getting PI shares cheap and selling them on to institutions who know where this is headed. Even Peel Hunt are bullish in the medium term and have maintained their 'BUY'. It's a dirty game, almost as dirty as one set of blue Tories being replaced by a set of red ones in the guise of Starmer's Labour.

I'm hearing that Gen 3 is set to pick up some big deals before Xmas and that regulatory hurdles that were holding back sales have been jumped. I'm assuming it relates to the need for OEMs to have DMS solution in situ passed as fit for GSR requirements. you're wrong. we've had a couple of auto wins. still, not the volume that we expected, that much is correct.

no need to despair, as well-researched investors such as seeing2020 have endlessly pointed out. aftermarket has at least one good news rns that they can release. what i would say to whoever is now working on putting out that news is this, (in the words of m to james bond): 'try not to **** it up!"

It worries me that you're invested in SEE and have no faith. It also worries me that possibly 8 people (or you and the CFP clan?) liked your semi-literate post. No one knows what will happen, we are just expressing opinions. If any of us were were great investors I doubt we'd be posting here. I don't see Terry Smith in these forums.

It's the stock market that is irrational not me. It's clear that auto has taken off and SEE will benefit from that. Gen 3 take-up is slower than we would have liked and I'd like more details re. that. In the meantime, I'm happy to buy more SEE as cheap as possible, even though I expect the next set of KPIs/auto contracts to leave 4p behind forever. (But for god's sake get someone competent to write it).

My only fear is that a bid might come that some institutional holder might be tempted to accept...something like 20p. However, even then I think a bidding war would ensue and we'd get at least 50p a share. However, after the next set of KPIs/auto contracts we should be at less risk of an opportunistic takeover for sub £1.

Seize, it's EBITDA. Moreover, "EBITDA miss" is a pretty meaningless concocted term that obscures more than it reveals. Still, I'm hoping this drops to 3p as I have a pension pot coming through within a couple of days.

You don't get a $16.5m license deal without having a fantastic commercial product. That deal wasn't done to hide failure. SEE deserves recognition for that fact.

Of course, I'd like a fuller explanation of what is delaying the Gen 3 ramp but with Auto set to go past 3m this year I have no real concerns. IMHO this is a buying opportunity, especially as SEE confirmed revenue and cash in line with forecasts. But don't push the price up, I need to buy some more. DYOR of course.

Well, it turns out my sources were correct re. an RNS before financial year end - though I have to say Seeing Machines left it late. All those who doubted (yes Johnny and CFP that does include you) are invited to a party where huge slices of humble pie await you. I believe we'll see the end of 4p forever from today. Congrats to PM and team -- bloody marvellous....If PM and Ives played football I'd gladly have them up front for England...back of the net every time!!

CFP, you want to read Aaron's post below. SEE set for global domination in passenger cars and profitable very soon, which should get a lot of fund managers (who previously viewed it as a jam tomorrow stock) buying. Mr Market will catch on eventually, until then this stock is a bargain. DYOR of course.

LostinFrance, it's not an either/or. People in SEE get paid to promote the company's tech to investors/customers. What better way than by putting out examples of its use? A monthly newsletter that collated such material would be lapped up by potential and existing investors, ditto potential customers. Of course, news can influence the share price.
