suggest we may be in line for two further special dividends. One coming from UK operations worth £0.3bn and the second coming from the Canadian operations.....would be nice.

The company registraistrars are Capita, you can contact them and request a mandate. Alternatively if you are registered on www.capitashareportal.com you can change your dividend status there. If you are not registered it only takes a couple of moments and you can see all information regarding your holding.

We may have to start thinking about a top up in the £3.40's cannot see this droping back to the £3.30 level at the moment. Ex dividend date has passed and building up to payment date. Probably holding a tad to many of these but they are i feel fairly safe and the dividend very healthy.

Bought into MKS back in August 2008 so am very happy with this price. I think you have to go back to about 2007 / early 2008 for the last time it was at these levels? Regarding results, lets hope GM sales are up or we could be in the poop!! Lets wait and see.

i would agree with you on the valuation, certainly looks a bit toppy. The next set of results will be telling.
