When the number of people at an egm cannot be verified and it is not clear if the egm actually took place at the venue specified,then the voting numbers just don’t seem to look right,what are share holders supposed to think.

My concern is that all the resolutions are passed with a show of hands and disregard all the postal votes,it would not be the first time it’s been done.We would then have a situation where two employees of the company not sh’s have controlled the process.
Also the research I did was on the lines that it must be members of the bod’s.
I just think that on an issue of this size and importance should be completely transparent and follow all regulations.
