As an old git who has been on lockdown in Catalonia and not in the uk,does anyone have the lowdown on who will be present at the EGM.I assume that Paul Gazzard, who’s position remains a mystery to me will most likely be present as he is the only person on the bod with Salisbury residential and business addresses.
What are the regulation concerning other board members flying in for this little meeting at a provincial companies offices.Will they be in quarantine now or will Mr Gazzard be the only person present and orchestrating the event onZoom.
The thought occurred to me that is it possible for board to have a cyber show of hands?
If it is what’s the possibility for us all to register.I welcome peoples views,

Totally agree with the last few posts,I have been very critical of RY and the bod,but now is the time to back them.The rns made it clear that they are ready to move Amc forward.
To vote against this would be a massive shot in the foot in my view.
On another note,does any one know if this will be put on ii’s online voting format?

It seems that we either stick with the bod or we are pretty much going nowhere.The only option is to back them in this move or flush the shares down the loo.So I will vote in favour

They will get their extra shares whatever pi’s think.For the LTH’s here there is only two choices either hang on in there or sell up and ship out.We could not believe them in the past,so I have no Idea if we should have any belief in them now.
I do wish that I was looking at this from a 1.25 p av. rather than a 6p av.well as our fellow sh Sasa43 would say,that’s my take on it.

Is exactly what the RF want.AMC have no money to invest in Russia,when or if they do, then they
May and that’s the hope,get some help from the government.So far the only investment AMC have is from us the pi’s.Our managements job over too many years to think about has been to raise that investment to carry this forward,so far they have failed to do so.
That’s where it is and that is where it will stay until some institution or some brave individual risks some skin as we all have.Otherwise it’s dead in the water or the permafrost
