Tad too many shares at first glance but it seems to me that the directors are lining up all the ducks as they look to be very confident about what they will be drilling & confirming for the market soon enough.

I can’t say whether it’s too much of the the current share capital or not until they are exercised and hopefully at that point the strike price is miles away from the share price, so much so it really doesn’t matter at all.

They clearly want more skin in the game so let them have it if it benefits us Empire Mentals! (That’s not typo)

Nice start to the day. Small rises before the herd arrive will do very nicely.

Spoke to Shaun this morning and very pleased with the content.

He is very busy, but very relaxed and comes across very confident but that’s just my view & understanding of things.

Things are moving fast, and news flow needs updating. I had asked on my previous call with Shaun (Sept/ Oct) for quarterly shareholder updates via a presentation or investor call which Shaun agreed to - this is likely to happen in early March before the drills enter the ground to take stock of what has been achieved and what the future holds so perfect timing ????

7 years here, but I said all last year, 2023 will hopefully be the year that Empire pay back that patience and support of all investors.

SB is the man who pulled the plug on areas of the business that were weighing us down, has opened up avenues of development and now has a focus on building tangible but value adding projects for EEE.

Exciting times ahead but as always, nothing is guaranteed in mining or the markets.

Based on the price action and relatively free skies to 3p, as soon as the herd arrive this will do close to 50% (3p) in no time at all.

Loaded up at sub 1p & 1.08p expecting 2p and so it came to pass.

The next 3-6 months will be company defining & financially rewarding. The rebuild & planning phase of EMPIRE METALS is well underway.

SB & EEE were criticised initially as investors saw a drop but it was all necessary in order to put us in a position to have found a GIANT copper resource at a time when this material is becoming more vital to daily lives of hundreds of millions, countries, industries etc.

2023 is the year.

1-1 meetings all last week - the bounce was coming. Drop initiated by short term gamblers who have no interest in 2-3 months for drill campaign.

We knew all we needed to know weeks ago! If people base their opinion on EEE just on buys coming in (rather than the last 4-5 RNS’s) you need to reassess your trading strategy.

You've made your point twice now and its all based off conjecture and your opinion which is based off zero facts.

We'll stick to the actual facts which state cash at hand is well in excess of what is needed for the next phases of drilling etc. The only way a cash call would be needed is if we have found everything we want to find and at that point the SP would be far north of here anyway so roll on a cash call at 3p, 4p, 5p with the Mcap multiples above £5m.

SB has been very clear about having the funds needed for this year and has also stated that hopefully we do need funds to plough on because the only reason we will need funds is to progress after results show we now have a GIANT copper resource and in order to get it out of the ground we would need financial assistance but the value of the dirt coming out would dwarf anything needed.

You have to speculate to accumulate and at the moment the boxes are being ticked one after another. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that when numbers and figures are calculated on potential it will far exceed the current Mcap and when the herd arrive it will be a monumental move!

Building bit by bit by bit here and my holding is growing substantially at these levels. Buy when nobody else is as that's how you get ahead of the investor psyche.

Its an age old formula that people time and time again fail to follow.

Any Chartist have thoughts on this sort of scenario. The Mcap erosion AB’s monetary value of sells is off by a significant margin.

My 5000 buy did not fill so probably gone again for the day. I have never purchased via quote so not starting now.

These boards are a sickening place going by some of the posts here.

We’re all trying to beat the market but seem intent on having a go at each other and taking pleasure in seeing fellow PI’s roaster & losing money! I think it’s appalling if the truth be told.

The level of misinformation and blatant lies about certain issues that do require IR clarity is beyond belief. People purporting to know as fact when in reality they have no idea is not how a BB should run.

Some posters here should be ashamed of their behaviour this last 36hrs or so. Shallow end gene pool humans!
