Literally 15 mins after I ask for results in Sept, we get them 😂

Cracking drill results from the Thomas Prospect 😎

We’re now talking massive, near-surface, high-grade titanium zones ready to go! 100% CONFIRMED!

They’ve nailed it with some seriously impressive intercepts:

44 m @ 7.87% TiO2 from surface

50 m @ 7.84% TiO2 from just 4m down

54 m @ 7.41% TiO2 from surface

98 m @ 7.05% TiO2 from 2m and there were two of those!

And it’s not just one or two lucky holes, nearly 70% of all drill holes averaged over 4% TiO2, with over 90% smashing past the cut-off grade.

They’ve pinned down a huge central core stretching 3.6 km, averaging around 6% TiO2. This is the zone they’re basing their maiden JORC mineral resource estimate and with results arriving ahead of schedule (not my schedule 😂) they’re cranking modelling into high gear.

Over 5,000 samples logged and analysed.

We have now confirmed a massive, high-grade titanium zone right near surface, covering a huge area of 5.2 km by 2.6 km. The results are a game-changer and the market should wake up properly now as Pitfield is now poised to become a globally significant titanium project, and development could come quicker than you’d expect but exactly as Shaun told us.

Currently sat in Dublin Airport surrounded by two very different cohorts of people, on one side, the exuberant Leeds supporters full of belief and optimism, and on the other, the dishevelled Oasis faithful who look like they’re seriously reconsidering their life choices 😂

In a funny way, it feels like a mirror for Empire Metals this week. Some will approach it with energy, conviction, and the sense that good times are ahead, others will just hope it goes the way they want.

Personally, I expect us to close above 30p by Friday, news or no news (hoping no news until at least next week - ideally first week of September).

As I mentioned back in early June, the next FTSE AIM index review takes place on Thursday. The market cap data will be taken from close of play, with indicative changes usually published around the first week of September and going live on Monday 22 September.

Just to clear up a point a few people had asked previously, we were not included in the AIM100 or AIM50’s last reconciliation list simply because we hadn’t yet reached the kind of market cap needed at the time of previous reviews. The June one, for example, came just before the big re-rate, so it was always going to be too early.

We’re now sitting at circa £205m market cap, and assuming we stay at that level or push higher, we would comfortably qualify for inclusion in the AIM100, and potentially be on the cusp of the AIM50 too, depending on how the rest of the market moves. Based on recent data, the lowest AIM100 constituents are hovering around the £160–170m mark, and AIM50 entries are typically north of £200–210m, so we’re knocking on the door of both.

It’s all shaping up quite nicely, and with the timing of the MRE expected on or before the review, this really could be the perfect storm for institutional visibility and index-driven demand.

So what does inclusion in the AIM100 / AIM50 actually mean in reality?

Well, first off, it puts Empire on the radar of index-tracking funds. These are funds that are mandated to hold a position in all constituents of an index like the AIM100 or AIM50. So once Empire is included, there’s a baseline level of institutional buying that has to happen just to ensure these funds remain balanced and compliant.

Beyond that, many institutional investors, especially small-cap and resource-focused funds won’t even consider a stock until it appears in one of the major indices. So inclusion often acts like a green light or a stamp of credibility, and can open the doors to larger fund flows, broker coverage, and deeper market liquidity.

Combine that with a strong MRE (assumptions made) dropping in the same timeframe, and assuming the numbers are as robust as we’re expecting, that’s a classic setup for a rerate plus institutional inflow. In other words, the MRE drives valuation and the index inclusion drives volume.

Bang on Scott! and a 92% win rate chance if my basic strategy knowledge hasn't let me down.

In the recent discussion with Sarah from TMS (link to vid shared yesterday), Shaun made a very bold claim “We’re drilling out what I believe could be the world’s largest mineral resource estimate. We’re going for number one and if we get that, that’s going to really set us apart, we’ll be differently the outlier in the industry”.

He was speaking specifically about titanium at Pitfield and as you rightly point out, the drill campaign covers close to a 12 km square grid, “the size of 250 Wembley Stadiums,” as Shaun put it.

He then went on to explain that, if the campaign was successful, the outcome would be more than just a resource estimate. "The goal is to translate it into a mine plan and ultimately deliver “a high‑grade, high‑value product that could be in excess of 100 years of mining” - his words again.

On the one hand, comparing tonnages across vastly different minerals, like iron ore, gold, copper, lithium for example, would be misleading. Each commodity has different densities, values, usage, and strategic importance (Pitfield becoming more and more strategically important). However, I believe there is real substance behind his claim. Recent data from our RNS provided figures of 26.4b to 32.2b tonnes at 4.5–5.5% TiO2. Those numbers put it firmly in the category of “super‑giant” for titanium, and they justify speaking about Pitfield being “a different outlier”.

Empire are targeting a top-tier titanium deposit, one that enables decades (even centuries) of high‑grade output, something beyond your typical exploration project across any continent in the world. Given the exploration target and context, the statement is unbelievably audacious, but for those that do not know Shaun, or have much experience with him, let me tell you straight up, he isn't prone to hyperbole for dramatic effect, he is calm, considered and has proved many times before, that he will not just say what the market or shareholders want to hear for short term gains, he has no problem stating things need to be completed, have to go back and reassess, will take time, won't know what he has until its geochemically tested etc etc.......... He follows the plan rigidly and takes no shortcuts, so for him to be as bullish as he was in that interview struck me with surprise and excitement I'll be honest!......................................and with that I honestly believe everything he says is entirely credible and very possible.

Please don't take my word for it, I would ask that anyone else who has met him, please give your views on how he conducts himself. I'm almost certain most, if not all will agree with my thoughts on him.

I would say again, and all I’m applying here is scientific logic, nothing more, but the following RNS is hugely insightful in terms of things we do know are factual.

The amount of confirmed data known to date has allowed us to target high grade zones. We have obviously completed the plans in the above RNS and some of the comments made by SB are fairly robust and confident. The focus was on the Thomas Prospect, chosen because earlier drilling has “already confirmed” thick, near‑surface zones of high‑grade titanium mineralisation, with grades averaging around 7% TiO2.

We know that this weathered cap is broad and continuous, which made it the strongest candidate for defining a world class maiden resource which SB on video (I’ll link it again) said “We’re going for number 1” & why would so doubt him now if I base my views on his historical performance and professionalism? I simply can’t at this point.

The drilling was carried out directly within thie high‑grade footprint to convert known mineralisation into an official, quantified resource. Thomas, along with Cosgrove, have been highlighted by the company as one of the key prospects with consistently thick, high‑grade titanium zones (fully confirmed by known data).

The campaign is significant because it targeted an already well‑understood area where the geology and grade continuity are already proven. This lowers the risk (doesn’t remove it) and increases the likelihood of a strong maiden resource. If successful, it will mark an important step forward for the project, provide greater confidence in the scale and quality of the deposit, and support further development work, generate financial interest, enable government support etc etc etc…….lots of things should be unlocked, the order in which they will happen I don’t know, nobody does.

Both the RNS and the interview are key indicators as to what one should expect. SB is very clear that the drilling lad analysis is scheduled for full completion this month (AUG) & again, Empire run a very tight ship if we are to rate them on meeting previous deadlines or lead time statements.

The truth be told, I’m only repeating myself and what others have said but it’s always good to read the previous statements as you miss things when you read them the first time around.

SB thinks this could be the world’s biggest MRE and he’s going for number 1! Forgive me if you think I’ve naive, but that is a monumentally confident statement which if you know Shaun isn’t something he says without fully believing it.

Our two latest employees have been taken on to develop Empire with items all riding on the MRE.

NOTHING IS GUARANTEED but the risk v reward ratio is very positively stacked

It’s difficult to ever be 100% certain with this, but based on today’s price action, what we likely saw is the MM’s making a mint and positioning themselves to make an even bigger one. The price was walked up in steps early, triggering a wave of buying (possibly some retail FOMO or short-term traders jumping in), and then gradually eased back down with low volume selling through the afternoon. It’s a classic move 👌🏼

We had no news, yet a steady climb followed by that drawn out sell off tells us that they were selling into that strength. They have also done it without crashing the price, which suggests they are fully in control and not worried at all about where this is going.

Now throw into the mix that the MRE is expected soon. A lot of us think it’s likely to land in late Aug / mid-Sept with a potential for drill core early analysis RNS, and when people have that view, human nature says it could come early or even at any stage now. That kind of anticipation builds the tension a little, traders know it and the MMs definitely know it, and it wouldn’t be surprising if they’re playing both sides here to accumulate and milk the range for a few weeks.

Of course it’s possibly about increasing liquidity, shaking out a few weak hands, and setting up for what’s next. The volume wasn’t big during the walk down, but it was meaningful and controlled.

If the MRE is expected to be positive, and let’s be honest, most of us believe it will be, then the price should logically move up when it lands. The market makers know that too. So right now is probably the time where they’re looking to build up their own stash of shares quietly before that happens.

They’re not creating shares out of thin air but what they’re doing is trying to build their own inventory.

I think they’ll want to get as many cheap shares as they can now, so that if the wider market piles in on any potential positive news, they’ve got plenty of stock to sell into that demand at higher prices.

Like today, they’ll move the price up early in the session, just enough to trigger some interest. Retail sees that and starts buying. Then the MMs can start offloading a bit at the higher levels while keeping control of the price. Then they let it drift back down slowly through the day, and pick up cheap shares again from sellers who think the momentum is gone. They repeat that cycle, gathering more volume without letting the price run too far.

No facts, but I believe they are definitely building a pot for themselves, so that when the MRE lands, they’ll be in prime position to make another mint off the back of retail punters buying in.

If you’re taking positions ahead of news, you want to do it before the herd arrives and the MMs are no different. That’s what today “might” have been about so keep your eyes peeled as there will be many more examples to come in the coming weeks & throughout a news rich H2 2025.

Call it coincidence, call it timing, but it could very easily create the perfect storm and that’s not even factoring in what could follow in Q4.

My reply;

I think it's important to understand what the infill drilling actually means for Empire. Ageos explains it in excellent detail which can be lost on some, given our technical ability is certainly less than his. To explain in simple terms, it's not like we hit one random spot and now we're drilling just beside it to see if we got lucky.Pitfield is a large scale, hydrothermally altered sedimentary system. The geology is known to be laterally continuous meaning it's not some narrow vein system, it's a massive, altered sedimentary zone that's already proven itself over and over. This is very important as it gives us a high probability of consistent mineralisation across broad zones.Empire's prior drilling across multiple square kilometres has already confirmed this. The company has shown that thick intercepts of high grade titanium (4–10% TiO2) are present throughout a wide area. That's not isolated to one or two standout holes, it's repeated consistently across the drilled footprint and Shaun again has been very insistent on the market knowing that every single metre of the cores was full of mineralisation. The infill drilling completed 3 weeks ago, isn't about stepping into unknown terrain although we may have drilled small additional pockets based on the drill map locations in the last RNS. It's about tightening drill spacing to upgrade the resource confidence from Inferred to Indicated / Measured in some areas. We're still drilling within the already proven mineralised zone, not at the edges where continuity might taper off.In technical terms, the geological model has already been de-risked by the earlier phases of drilling. The MRE is not trying to prove a discovery, it's formalising and quantifying what's already observed. Unless the mineralisation suddenly and inexplicably disappears between holes, which is highly unlikely in this type of system, the MRE will most likely confirm the consistency already seen and move Empire into resource classification and valuation.This is all about turning what we already know into a classified, bankable resource. Not about proving whether it's there, that part's done and we know it's there in abundance.

Just to say, I’m an ordinary investor like the rest of us. I’ve been investing for around 12 years now give or take, seen a fair few ups and downs, and if there’s one thing I’ve tried to remain throughout, it’s a keen learner. There’s no shortcut in this game, in fact most lessons are learned the hard way, and while that can be painful at times, it’s often the only way to really understand the psychology and rhythm of the markets.

Over the years, I’ve picked up bits of experience, advice, and plenty of bruises, and I try to pass on what I can, for what it’s worth. Like most here, I’ve put in a lot of time and effort, and I truly hope that it pays off (some would say it already has), not just for me, but for all of you who’ve done the same and backed Empire with your own hard-earned money.

Truth is, I could probably sell up my holding in Empire today and live comfortably however, I genuinely believe we’re only now approaching the point where the market starts to really grasp what Empire Metals is sitting on, and when that happens, the potential for real appreciation, in every sense, becomes possible. If I’m right, it won’t just change things for me, it’ll give the next generation in my family a head start too.

That said, they’ll still need to earn it, nothing will be handed to them for free, just like it wasn’t for me.

One of the sections I put together was “Who are the management team and key players at Empire Metals?, and as I went through each individual, right down to the most recent hires, it really struck me. This company is now backed by an incredibly strong line-up of experienced, well-respected professionals. People whose work is recognised across the mining sector, not just in WA, but globally, and many of them come from top-tier mining companies where reputation matters and standards are high.

These are not people who take punts. They’ve clearly done their due diligence, seen the potential here, and chosen to be part of Empire Metals. That speaks volumes in itself.

So as we head into August, the real work begins. The next 4–6 weeks could be crucial, and I get the feeling we’ll soon be seeing just why this team is here and what they’ve been quietly preparing for.
