Time to top up

Same start as last few weeks. Till we have news think this will be the pattern again. People on here do get ahead of themselves..

Hi smokinjoe I'm not single out people I'm just saying what a few are saying on here . I do think it will rise in a month or two ..

Last few Sundays we been getting £1 Monday or £2 or even £3. ..Lets see what tomorrow and next week brings. I just hope it don't stick around 50/65 that's it been doing of late ..

I hope we get some good news get this moving again. It seems to be same question and answer on this board and nothing to report yet

I'm back on TW site next week so will be able to see what's going on there. It was a very busy site that wanted 150 plots this year that was before the virus. Alot of people are still at work and I personally think it be slow at first but will recover a lot quicker then the over recession There is a shortage of house and its worse then ever.

I would have thought being less then £1.00 . Long term is a bargain. Lots of buys last thing. I notice.

2 weeks ago .People was saying this be a £1.00 last week it be £2.00. Two weeks on we still in 50s .. Think few need to chill out and not go over the top. It will never go to £3.00 next week . If we lucky maybe a £1.00 but something to build on. We wait and see

I've been told when trades back on site its to complete the plots that up to roof level.
