People was pumping this up again Friday going well over the top with there comments..So when it does the same dip first thing likes it has done for weeks and weeks they go on moaning asking why. ?

Every plot on this TW site got sold sign on it..

Yes H/S are keeping a eye on site's but nothing new there. It is what it is at moment.. They are still. selling on site im on..

Yes ones in Midlands are up and sort of running. Only few trades in last week but more in this week.. Social distance will slow down the amount plots being built. One trade per plot at moment. Means plasters have to work on there own etc

Elon yep I got to agree with you.. I would say £2 pushing on to £3. at least . I say some do get carried away sp price but if and when this does take of I hope I've under estimate it
