Very much a waiting game same pattern again this week I do hope we get some good news this week as it needs a bit of a push to get going. again I feel.

Before lock down they wanted 110 plots of this site not as it stands 28..What will slow sites down will be bricklayers as they only want 2 to 1 gangs.. Im hoping things pick up later on in the year only time will tell.

I'm back on TW today while on lock down they still sold 8 over the period so fingers cross sales might hold up.I will know more after today.

They sold 8 plots on site im working on and 7 on another site we have during the lock down ..Been told TW have almost got there numbers in what they want...

Bamps we got TW sites down Worcester. One is new down Kempsey and other been going for 10 months not far from the town

So let see what today brings ..

If we go back 24hrs everyone saying 65p or more tomorrow or boom . Look what happened back to below 50 think few getting carried away yet again. I hope I'm wrong as holding on here. Let's wait and see what tomorrow brings .

I'm back next week on TW .Had to watch few videos and sign some paper work before I'm allowed back on site. Its finishing trades only to start first painters tilers etc I will find out when bricklayers are back but I know Dave wilsion bricklayers are back next month
