George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
We have not had a Form 8.5 RNS since the 12 May, which was the day that we stopped the FSP and are in separate negotiations with a buyer.
Am I right in thinking that a regular Form 8.5 is required as part of the FSP Due diligence administration to ensure that shares can be bought and sold as expected.
Are UBS still involved and is should we expect to see any other Form 8.5s before we are notified that the sale is agreed.
DLA Piper are obviously earning their money now in the negotiations.
Manilla,
Well no guesses who the new green coffin entrant is.
Are these botflies posting for 10p a hit, or because of the challenges they have? Either way I feel sorry for them, but won't read their drivel.
Garyfromleeds, I am a fan, ignore the chaff.

Munchlet,
I agree with the sentiment and hope we start trading on 25 Nov. I don’t know how soon or at what intensity the price rise will occur. What I do know, is that the timing of the increases will not suit everyone, it never does.
Manilla,
Does anyone else have a website tab open on NN website investors news and pressing refresh every 10 minutes?

Mac and Mark,
There may be some familiar names on the list, but DLA can only act for and represent one client at a time.
The buyer will have their own legal team representing them on the deal also.
Even though the top lawyers in DLA may have worked acted for the buyer on a previously M&A, they still have to deal with the buyers lawyers on this deal, who are trying to negotiate the best deal for the buyer, DLA are doing the same for EUA.
I can't envisage a different scenario.
Hopefully the previous relationships may help to cut down on the brinkmanship and bluster that are synonymous with such negotiations and speed things up. Once the "I can pee up higher up the wall than you can" has finished, the deal will be completed soon.
Manilla.
The home page is down, but the site is still live, I always keep one of the pages open, so I can access the rest when the home page is not working.

Purchase,
At 6:50 you say you re not invested.
At 6:37 you take that time to write a couple of hundred words on this BB.
You are not looking out for the wellbeing of others on here, or sharing pertinent information.
Your agenda is as clearly not one of support and driven by selfish motives.
Perhaps paid per post, but most likely paid per word.
Jog on to somewhere you can add some value.
Manilla.
Whilst we are all trying to be patient.
I have totalled the number of EUA shares in ISA’s and trading accounts and just noticed that the last three numbers are 911.
After THE RNS lands,
- it could to be my next car
- it could be the morning hours I work 9-11am
- it would be the evening hours in the pub 9-11pm (when current restrictions are lifted)
Perhaps all three?

I have tried some dummy numbers on the gov calculator (as link in previous post).
If a basic rate tax payer, the calculator uses to 10% CGT rate, but only upto the threshold of the unused basic tax band, then charges it at 20%.
This wont affect everyone, but some.
I have not found this in the guidance notes/details of CGT. I have worked on guidance that I have found, that if you are a basic rate taxpayer you pay all CGT at 10%, rather than some at 10% and the remainder at 20%.
People that are employed may be pushed into the 20% band already, but if not, there could be a huge incentive to keep below that limit, depending on your gain on this share.
The gov calculators are not always right. The gov IR35 calculator being a case in point. It worked/works from an IT perspective, but does not pick up all nuances.
I have had an accountant check if my understanding was correct. I ask hoping I am correct, but budgeting on the basis that I am wrong.
No tax advice given. DYOR seek professional advice.

Thrift8082,
I don't have time to read the 2020 Q2, but there is plenty of detail about 2019 and 2020 supply and demand, broken down into sectors or countries. I will let others comment on what demand would have been like in 2020 without the C-19 factor.

If I recall correctly,
- Rowka posted prolifically with many positive and informative posts, always upbeat, after a while he started being attacked and eventually had enough of having to defend himself and dropped off.
- a few months back (during the suspension) we had RNSman, who posted prolifically with many positive and informative posts, always upbeat, after a while he started being attacked and eventually has enough of having to defend himself. At the end he confirmed his previous names on the board.
Is Rowka our former friend RNSman?
Whoever you are Rowka, come back in whatever name and post more informative post and ignore the botflies.

When are we all expecting some news?
AngelMarbles thought 6 weeks, which takes up to end Aug Bank Holiday.
Not that it affects anything for a suspended stock, but are there any more guesses for news?
I don't have a scooby-doo about this, but just know it always takes at least twice as long as we first think for a variety of reasons
