if she holds the 70's break a good platform to start 2011. Great to see the Directors possibly on board for the long haul although I'm sure most exsisting shareholders would like the chance to buy more shares at 59p.
That's sound good news, it's amazing how much a company can change when someone comes into the business with good connections and whose respected in the industry. They've also signed a memorandum of understanding with T-Mobile which would mean they would become an operating partner if things go to plan. We just need the launch to be well recieved by the market and a solid contract to be signed. I agree with you 2011 could be a defining year for Artilium. One thing Artilium definately need to address is the website, it looks pants and amateurish and needs a complete overhaul to make it look professional and reflect their ambition to become a serious player in the market!
someone's keeps sneaking in with a few 10k and 20k buys lately !
Had a little look at Sirius and your kid will certainley be chuffed with his investment so far and a good day today. I noticed they're also in renewable energy as well as their major potash play. Looks like they're close to a deal with one of China's large fertiliser distributors which they'll need to move things forward. They've already got an agreement of understanding with a company called Sino-angri mining. While the deal remains unsigned as a binding agreement the share price may retrace a little, hence some larger sells at close today. They'll be hoping it does so they can get back in before anythings signed officially, because one thing is for sure if that happens it will definately move north. There's been a lot off pi interest lately echoed by the move north and the sea of blue buys today. It sounds like your brother is in it becasue he believes in the long term future....very similar to how I feel about Geovic.
Lol that's really weird I looked into solar power about a month ago so I can definately give you a few companies to look at....on LSE JHL (Jetion Solar Holdings) and in The States HOKU (Hoku corporation) and JASO ( JA Solar Holdings ) with the latter being tipped in a few articles. Websites are below. http://www.hokuscientific.com/............http://www.jasolar.com/.......http://www.jetion.com.cn/......Not invested myself but I agree with you it's an area to watch!
Nice little RNS this morning.....2011 is looking like another rosey year for Advanced ,well done to Don and all the team over at AMS.
Thanks I'll check SXX out....I'm in a few shares had a few up and downs but up 20% for the year so better than bank rates, plus hopefully I'm learning. Made 250% on Chariot but got out way too early (80p)could have made a mint there. A share I've stayed in that's done well for Me is AMS, got in again in the mid twenties but think it's a company that may well have more headroom. Jim Slater tipped then recently as a classic Zulu stock so I'm holding. Two companies I'm in that I think have the potential to do well are COP and Geovic Mining, the latter being on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Both are high risk but Circle are a producing company (who look like they'll move into profitability in 2011) and are awaiting the results from 3D seismics carried out on one of their most exciting prospects (Block 49 in Oman). I got into Geovic because 12 months ago I wanted a 'new energy' play and looked at Hybrid Cars. The Chinese unbelievably have most of the worlds rare metals tied up (it's been a 25 year policy they've had) but both Copper and Cobalt go into making rechargeable batteries. So I found Geovic who are hoping to set up the Worlds largest Cobalt Mine . They're close to having a feasibility study finished (probable reserves have already been done)and are in talks with possible Asian farm in companies, so here's hoping. They've also got Gold, Chromium and Uranium interests although Cobalt will be the main driver in the short term. I'm also in OTC,PPC,BTC,HRCO,ARTA and ASW.....and am watching CFC/NFC/SNRPGMG.
Been away on business...back home to yet another contract for Brady...this company this definately becoming the company of choice for risk management in their sector!
Thanks for that, very interesting. 'Enormous benefit' and "Largest European Provider" amongst the many phrases I like...Trading is so quite here on here only £170,000 traded over the past month on a market cap of £ 18 million, and one fifth of the tree month average traded today. One good tip on a weekend and one day we'll wake up and this thing will have taken off. Patience is definately the name of the game here!
Interesting lnk about the Viz aquisition... http://www.finextra.com/news/announcement.aspx?pressreleaseid=36898
Thanks for that, appreciated. Same to you and your buddies. Yes I must admit I was attracted to adding this to my portfolio because the downside here is low compared to the potential upside. I think when you read all the RNS's this companie's been putting out you can feel the momentum building here. There where far more sells than buys today and yet the share price has gone up. If they're filling a buy order it may well be the interest in Brady is all ready starting. Let's hope...onwards and upwards in 2011 !
lol...but hay it was quite on the AMS board and that's gone up 200% since I bought in so I guess quiet boards don't always mean static share prices. Another great bit of news today with the acquisition of Viz Risk Management Services. It strengthens Brady's position in both the energy markets and in Northern Europe. I also like the sensible placing price of 59p against a closing share price of 61p on friday, a price that shows the confidence the business has in attracting backers. Not to mention the fact that three of the directors are putting their money where there mouths are, and participating in the placing. Once again Gavin Lavelle and his team are showing that the re-shaped Brady isn't hanging around when it comes to expanding and diversifying the company. I'm amazed there's not more discussion here, 2011 could see growing interest in what Brady a building here! As always do your own research....best of look to the management team and all holders. The Brady Bunch !!
sorry guys I meant 'the banking sector' in my post below!
Nice to see Brady strengthening their businness in the marketing sector...... http://www.investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=201011180700093889W
courtest of Carlsmillie over on iii.... http://www.stockopedia.co.uk/content/healthy-return-vin-murria-of-advanced-computer-software-talks-to-stockopedia-50793/ The only way is up in 2011!
seas of blue lately there's been two pretty large sells so it's kept the hand brake on. Unless they run out of money before the money starts to come in and they have to sell off...then this has to be great value for a mid to longterm pay off!
Thanks for the insight there fella much appreciated. I struggled to figure this one out that's why I sat back and waited for an entry, but I'm in now and we'll see. I don't think the in fighting helped it made investors nervous and of course the company have taken on a lot, all in one go...with plenty going out but not much coming in as of yet. Hopefully that's all going to change as the company settles down after restructuring and the money from the sales starts to come in. Exciting times over the next few years Me thinks.
Just watched the video from back in June of this year, sure you've seen it Riddler. Really impressed with the quality of the build, I was out in Singapore earlier in the year and it reminded Me of some of the high quality flats they've built there. When all the roads and landscaping is finished they'll really look classy. If they become the place to live then there will be a sharp upturn in Hirco's fortune. Video link for anyone who hasn't seen it .... http://www.100india.com/video/hirco-hpg-chennai-construction-update-video-june-2010_vidO4wZic_V6Ck.html
Cheers fella. Noticed there where a few late sells the last two days. Yesterday was unusual with nearly 100 trades of £500 sells in the last hour or so and then two 40k sells today. RNS tomorrow or Monday Me thinks, hopefully the sellers have called it wrong.
Finally, modestly in on this one. Been watching it ever since the £1.40 mark. Hope that bounce off 77p was the first of a double bounce. I look at the Nav and P/E and wonder can this share really be that cheap. Although I guess it's simply down to the fact whether or not the money starts to roll in over the next few years, with cash sitting around 5.76 million and an expected burn rate of 2.9 million per annum, there's simply that ,2 years to deliver profitability. The risk of course will increase while they continue to burn cash funds but if they can start delivering a profit the upside here must be substantial. Good luck to you all.
