You are correct Knowles but you have missed the point that the guarantor is Removed. Therefore the person left to repay the capital is the same person that can't get a loan anywhere and needs to use Amigo, as I said last night this will impact the loan book value and with current Covid the business will have provisioned a value against bad debt write off.

Administration doesn't work like that first you have secured lenders, shareholders and complaints which are approved go into unsecured pot and you get pence in the pound.

There is also the bond holders which I think are current trading at low cent in the dollar.

There is value in the loan book but you have to consider the worst case that JB has pointed out that all loans are valid for complaints and backed up on the last web call saying that there isn't just one section of the loans book at risk, plus upheld complaint means that guarantor is removed.

Only chance is JB winning JR , which he has already pointed out other Amigo = Administration

It's scary to think the whole loan book is at risk but interesting to understand JBs timescales for JR. I know Amigo are delaying paying redress for 20 days when a complaint is upheld but JB timescales are key as well as financial commitments he will add to secure the business.

I totally think that Glen is going to be the driving force moving forward and JB is 100% supportive of Glen but my concern is what happens if the complaints redress figures increases to £200 million, if it wasn't for the UK complaining mantailty this company would be flying with just some minor changes, in my previous comments I have talked about the need for Open Banking technology to improve their lending process, this needs to happens to get the FCA understanding the changes they want to adopt.
