I've been thinking about JB's options and drawing a timeline.

The injunction against the Richmond Group was only relating to actions at the last vote he called and he truly expects that to go through, plan B was the 1% sell which he expected institutions to buy his shares but they didn't. The injunction itself was suspended if JB did what he was told, JB gets below 10% and needs to rely on PI's or vehicles aligned to JB way of thinking.

Amigo is unlikely to apply for another injunction and if they do we know who is calling the shots.

Nothing stopping JB calling a vote and buying up shares because the old injunction was tied to old conditions.

On the basis of these undertakings, the Company has agreed to stay its injunction application filed against Richmond with the High Court of Justice on 1 June 2020, and expects the necessary Court Order containing the undertakings to be issued shortly.

After seeing the 2% team telling everyone to support JB on Friday night by emailing Kate, I've interested to know if that team have brought more today.

Sycric, cash pile might look good on paper but I think you can only judge that after we get the update on Friday about the volume of complaints.

Newt, as I have said multiple times I have never shorter a share in my life.

Personally I think that the complaints will increase on Friday and that is probably the biggest issue this company is facing.
