The most likely outcome of a No vote is an increase in the offer price. Belittling people here is not nice.

I assume the 15/16k are the cut diamonds which given the loss when cutting would be less than 8k carats. We do not know the size, colour or clarity of the diamonds. No information. Shocking.

I would have thought that any deal for the M&E part of ITV would not be for ownership of the back catalogue but would likely include access to the catalogue at reduced rate or free for x number of years.
