The share price yesterday included the debt therefore the offer should be taken as a whole. If the offer is 1.6b it values the studios at 1.4b which is ridiculous.

So, I bought a few last week. I'm quite happy with my purchase and am thinking of topping up as Gazelle sounds like a game changer. However, the RNS does mention a winter shutdown but I can't see anywhere exactly how this effects on going operations. I see a lot of talk here but again nothing that explains how things are effected. Can anyone enlighten me?
