Yes Rob longevity is key to get maximum returns. I have the same with staff. They need to graft to get established, but you don’t want them to burn out or leave because the pressure vs return isn’t rewarding enough. You work with them individually. Wells are the same no two are alike. For sure you make mistakes but you learn as you go along and if you are ambitious you earn. All about the team you create.

stilbite - I don't think many expect a short term rerate to 50p - £1. These things take time but when the stakes are high we can dream, its the gamble innit.
