Indeed can't believe the price here. I won't have any spare funds until April else would be adding more. Once profitability arrives and rapdidly increasing turnover the share price will get back up where it belongs. 18 months time the share price will be many multiples higher.

This document is VERY interesting! Ok it's very long, I've only read the first 10 pages or so but it explains ALOT. Essentially the jury must determine FACT, but the judge must determine LAW. This is why when an appeal is heard the judge has the final say on whether proper law has been determined on the validity of the patents - game on in my opinion!

Newuncle I think you underestimate the size of the payout possible here - with wilful infringement (times 3 of what's awarded) it could easily be in the tens of millions, so still every incentive to appeal if they think it can be overturned.

It wasn't out of date when they first contacted them. They bothered because it's important to defend their IP. Why bother with Cornell Dubilier? Why bother with Ioxus? Etc, etc. Do you see where I'm going with this?

Indeed MikeCc, significant upside which will only grow. Broker targets are only conservative at the moment based on short term visibility. Once the market is updated with long term prospects expect broker targets and share price to increase accordingly.

Should be a cracking 18-24 months!
