You are right - to put a value on LOGP now one would need to be able to look into the future. The government seems to be giving nothing away in any sense of the word. It’s inaction over the past 15 months is hard to believe. State of paralysis - like a rabbit caught in car headlights - at the heart of government seems the best way to describe it. Time for a storming Starmer U-turn and get the embarrassment over and done with once and for all. The broad electorate will approve.
