When are the results due for year 2019 ?

I'm confused-who would be buying this stock .LSH furloughed-they are some big earners in there who will now be getting 2500 a month-they wont forget that

PB dont have branches do they so they wont get rates relief that is built into the fee proposition cost of sale of the Tradition B and M agents.

Listing-PB wont be listing as they cant visit houses. The only thing for sure is revenues for all will be down and with PB staff self employed-as they keep saying-how will this close down effect them. I see any decent staff return to salaried positions-world is too risky for them to do anything else. B and M agents are learning to operate 24/7 over this down turn. Dont be surprised to see large central hubs and less satellites but agents feeding into hubs form Home working.-all bad news for Bricks I'm afraid.

Huge downturn in transactions this year guaranteed -let’s see what the next move is as if it’s not super fast and decisive I think it’s definitely game over here -let’s see the leadership now come to the fore?

why share price rise ?

perverse isn't it-I wonder what would have happened to the share price had the takeover not have happened? It may have come out better than we would have thought-buy BP

I see that there has been an OOC settlemnt by Connells Group. bearing in mind the impact this litigation had on the ability of OTM to grow I imagine its significant -or it should be !!

if the sale of LSH has collapsed do CWD not have to disclose formally-so it could still be going through

A number of my friends own or work at senior levels in the property industry.

Rightmove's results today has infuriated them and a number are taking the risk of pulling away form RM completely and are trying to do a intro deal with OTM.

You are correct Sain resilient although IMO its not a great result for Connells historically.In 2017 they made twice this so as with most other EA its well done.

CWD results are down for a whole number of reasons not just the market as well we know and are struggling to stay afloat

One of the big downsides is the NH Business. Find out how many land operators CWD have and that will lead you up the right patch. LSH managed well COULD have been a huge money spinner for CWD in terms of NH Instructions but the company failed to create the synergy-and they are flogging it now so too late.

All resilient EA firms have a strong NH business Savills/Connells Group etc

why the jump in LSL ??

Revenues down-never bet on a business trying to make a profit reducing size of company ??

I have to agree with most that the culture of this company is clearly out of sync with basic business ethics. I was thinking after the departure of Bruces and the other chap who ran the EA operations (don't know what happened to him) things may change-how wrong. With a booming market-why is the SP so low
