I am not a boom £5 next week type of poster.

I was an auditor for 33 years and look not just at the wider picture , but what macro points drive a group of 4 trades.

What codes are being used to ask for shares to be made available for 'x' price.

I was recovering from illness yesterday and bored so posted as events happened.

Currently why is there a 30p spread ? £4.30 down to £3.99. I find it extremely interesting that yesterday was the only day in 4 weeks of trading when 3 minutes before and the 3 minutes after the US markets opened - hmmmm ding ding - is the only time you could buy and sell at approx the same price ! Huh - why ?

We do not get such generous terms and have to risk / wait for treeshakes to buy / add at cheap prices.

As for new investors.

A rough average issue for a company is say 200-400m shares. There is no problem getting shares. Some chancer is always having to sell.

Here - teepee- the allocation is OUT is FULL and is DONE ! We do not need any new retail buyers who or anyone who would be reading this low grade forum.

Once FID hits it should be investors of the kind who have their own advisors / or funds.

Finally it is clear shares and by that I would estimate 1-3% of the available free float seems to have gone to the US ? A single client ? A fund ? An investor prior to FID who may be involved ?

For sure the US buyer was still there yesterday.

Anyone looking in should know if the US are buying up the scraps as are some of us ( as I have over the last 3 weeks on drops ) any NEW investors would know

£4.00 -£4.30 is a BUY.

Yesterday we were SO close to stepping up to £4.50 and if that had been taken out then the breakout which started 2 weeks ago today would be back on.

Markets getting battered today so all in all a good top up time sub £4.30. It's going to go quick past £4.50 when it does.

0.5p ? A client in the US is definitely getting some mates rates here as shares move from London to friends.

Private investors would never get a 0.5p spread at this point with company making news to come

Average for us normal folk is 12-15p. 0.5p is ridiculously low swapping of shares.

Once done this jigsaw will be inplace and FID can come out and the friend can cash in.

NEVER seen that in this 4 weeks.

US WANT YOUR SHARES as there are none spare.

£40k to buy in 1 still £4.51 not £4.07.

The client buying in 10,000's x 20,000's is building in the US but not upsetting the market sp.

Problem for them is the private investors know news is very soon and now nobody is selling only titbits not enough to fill those big US orders.

Extremely interesting for me at what feels like such a crunch point for the number of shares v demand on NO news.

Just wait for the news ....

Knifes edge between here and £4.50++.

I suspect the buyer is being fed in the US.

Once they are full then the FID will come out.

These shares are set aside IMHO to fill that specific demand.

So once the US is done it's a free market and breakout WILL happen as there are very very few spare shares.

As I type buy price back up to above ask £4.18. That's what £10k with ask to bid at £4.10 to 4.03 gave, so confirms my thinking.

US BUYER IS BACK

4 x £10,000's to keep the price buy around 4.18.

£40k in 1 would see sp at £4.51 ish.

£30,000 buy for a US client is my guess.

As said before wouldn't be surprised to see a holdings rns prior to FID as interested party takes a chunk. 7m shares approx held by private investors 4m tight. 4m tight by company so 3m ish spare.

Wouldn't take much more buying to get to 5-7% to have to declare ? Maybe , maybe not.
