Daniel last Friday saw some huge after hours trades in buys which 90% of the time is the other way by profit taking.

Gut feeling is tomorrow does feel very much like it will be hard to back against this momentum ?

Thursdays are not generally this strong , not without a good reason / rns.

I hope tomorrow is a solid day holding gains.

Once again I will switch on around noon to watch for any sign of any pre market US orders being filled which has to me been pretty clear.

Fingers and toes crossed its been a while.

With the Port Hedland development / lithium supply they will know all about what is already happening in the UK in the Tees area, Runcorn and Cornwall ?

Australian Superfund will see the cash cow that is TVL / ALK and they will know the lithium source.

Once they get the nod and ALK cashed up it would not surprise me if we got Aussie interest.

Onething about Aussie investors is once they back you they back you especially in mining and metals.

If we can all see the high demand for so few shares and long term demand then the top top investors should want in once their investing criteria is met.

Two BIG chunks being bought to fill orders for investors / funds orders buying from London for US.

Thats been my opinion and seems the trend for 10 trading days now.

May even get near a holding RNS if its a sold buyer.

Tight spread for the last hour compared to the average.

Just beginning to look like its nudging a tad wider, but its looking like some big end of day after close trades coming through as has become the norm in the last 10 days roughly speaking.

End of day after 4.30 gmt might hold a few more late big buys I suspect.

TVL & ALK just look like a solid investment and are hitting those milestone quite frequently now as they step up and push towards 2028.

Been a long time coming so forgive my feeling of emotion at this point. I feel a change after the wait and some bad bad years of illness. Nice to have a positive in life.

Now that is soon and a clear statement that they are expecting to purchase the new larger land plot very soon?

It works out at around £3m ish to purchase the 17.5 acre plot. Then add any extras.

Better holding the assets rather than Wilton and paying to lease the land.

Question is for me the money FID is 100% on and imho driving ALK TVL direction from now.

But WHO ....

This news coming out over the weekend may have allowed certain buyers the opportunity to get in prior to news release - they will say no but it is AIM and I have seen worse.

The RNS directly after Rio & Glencore at 15:26pm mid afternoon struck me as one that had no need to be released at that specific time and could have been released on the Friday am at 7am ?

What was the rush ?

Now changes of plans from perfect plans already ?

Buy the land and get full ownership at £10-£20.00 a share and cash cow money generation.
