Presuming you mean 0.06p? If so, nominal value is 0.1p they cant raise below that. If they go to the market it will be above that so:

1. A liquidity event needs to happen to get above that.

2. Funding comes at a premium to the current SP (happy days although unlikely)

3. Share Reorganisation is proposed and approval sought from shareholders.

The price is going up from here one way or another lets face it. Is this a good investment? Hell no!

Absolutely nothing - hence why i was addressing the chump Davey who was also deramping PPP from 2p upwards - I was a very vocal champion of PPP and did exceptionally well - i agree same hallmarks here for a similar rise

I wouldnt even acknowledge him - he was deramping PPP all the way up from 2p - guy cant walk away from a fayre with a goldfish let alone turn a profit from the market....
