They dont need to raise money yet, they will need to when they have identified a target, prior to that they will be painting a picture and angle and the market will be buying all the way up to funding/deal.

They will build interest and momentum in the coming month - following which they will probably raise much much higher. Nothing is guaranteed but Edwards has been in the market some time and knows they game, hes not some rookie who is going to kill sentiment at all time lows when there is no immediate need for funds to keep the lights on!

This will be a board appointment, and strategic definition of what they are targeting, there will be developments on this pivot, partnership and then hopefully an acquisition which will/could be raising funds related - by which time we will be in the millions (if the pivot is good)

They don't need money, they have the ability to run day to day, the directors don't take salaries they earn from their other successful ventures, their remuneration is underpinned by the share performance.

You think they are going to name change, and dilute to acquire instantly with no build up? No back ground? with absolutely no momentum at all time lows??? Behave haha

This isn't a life style company, its completely clean, fresh bod, fresh direction, no immediate financial requirements other then their time and vision - main market, all time lows, see you when its 100%+ and your still calling a placing every 5 minutes.

Hes new to the market clearly - market is forward looking. Just look at what is now AMG did RTO deal (ok it fell through) and proceeded to do 1000%.

O yeah the same 8% holder who took 4% of MILA on at 0.38 for it to be trading @ 0.18 the following week... so yeah im not interested in whether he bought or sold - only demonstrates his poor lack of judgment, which he historically has shown with his positions. His exit is no different, poor judgement. This trades overs 0.1 in short order.
