A valid Conversion Notice ? from when was that price agreed ? was it before the price shot up'' to 5.25p and then suspended ? or was it when we come out of suspension and the price drop to 1.8p bought on by someone that could sell on day 1 before retail investors who all had problem trading the stock for a week on any brokers platform ? anyway as I said before hope we see that 2m sold next week even if it causes short term disruption so longs as we get him out, I would rather JOHN do a proper found raise to his investors and institution for £5m, regardless of what shares come to Market in the process than to see that Greedy BSRD get his hands on ICON again, on the cheap anyone but DS please JOHN..

Thanks for that balance post GLEN, and yes we do need some explanation from JOHN as to why DS is owed 20% of the CO on the cheap, when he is known for destroying shareholders value on everything he touches, unless because this was his baby back in the days he is thinking of tabling a bid ? to get it back FK knows.. but a clean main Market shell like ICON with little in issue could be worth a FKN lot of money to that greedy BSTRD when it come to pumping up the volume to 10 billion shares again in issue, FKN hope not..

Afternoon all, nice to see lots of post on a SAT, I must start by saying this is the biggest amount in volume after hour black trades we have ever seen, and that MR Market only kept the price down all day to get sellers to fill those orders, the next RNS is going to be huge for CPAI and all invested IMO I also think everyone post today is right in there assumption and there own strategy to invest in these casinos, some will sell too early and boast how they made a profit'' and eventually buy back dearer just to join the party, some will buy too early get fed up and sell back on that 15% drop thinking it's going lower, move there money to other stock going up'' only for that stock to drop back the following day and CPAI go back up '' yes we are all guilty of that'' at times, but 1 thing I know is that most of you guys will not have your full holding when CPAI SP hit 10p and start doing 1p a day on the uptick, INC myself... as the Market have several trick to get small shareholders out and locked out in favour of the city boys and HNWI, all I can advise is to try and hold on to as many as you can regardless of daily movement, so when DR NAG vision start to pay Dividend in the not to distant you will be rewarded handsomely for your patience during these transitional period CPAI is going through, all we know is that SP started life back @ 0.03 and we will never see that price again in our lifetime unless by the act of god take DR RON from us, and that in itself is a 1 billion / 1 bet..

Was listening to the Charts with ZAK yesterday and just now for Saturday and he say 1.6p is coming if it hold above 0.70

You are exactly right LUKE, the only way is up'' after the biggest 3 days raid on all the CO had in issue, I'm assuming they are all by now in sticky hands waiting on the 1ps up ticks that will inevitably come in the days ahead.. the volume today in itself tells the true story..

PHOTO, yes I'm guilty'' @ CINE, but who would not be optimistic on a £3 stock that have drop to 0.5p but still take £1,1bil in revenue ? any investor would think it would have been rescued and Re-rated ? we was not to know that the BOD led by MOOK would run of with shareholders funds, move trading to USA and pocket £35m from the deal ? anyway, I have learnt since, and now stick to smaller undervalued stocks with prospects, and less in my portfolio to worry about, and I have been a lot more successful thank you very much, but we always going to lose a few in our investing life, with thousands of stock to chose from in these casino, we are all guilty of that'' including your dear self, that's what make us stronger in the long run, these days I try not to have more than 7 stock, I also look the CEO in the eyes on interviews to see if he or she will let us down in the future before i invest, I can spot a pump a mile off these days I'm here for DR NAG no one else, and have been here from 0.03p I'm not new DYOR, and plan to stick around to see where he takes us in the future

From what I have seen after observing for the last 2 month, the Market seems to think this is now cheap when SP HIT THE BOTTOM @0.045 2 days back and that the only thing holding TM1 back from going to the teens is starvation of news by our CEO, who always cites NDA on these big online Recyclus contracts as the reason he has been keeping it under his hat ? but yes CHAIN'' I really do believe Recyclus has hit profitability and that there is a few more contracts to be announce, the question is when and how much he is allowed to tells us..... I do miss ROBIN THO'' who has a more trusted face on interviews, but still believe his new roll as an adviser at government department will bring benefit to TM1 in the long run we will see...
