Sorry just shows how poor you are! QDE is not trading on the main market! MAST Energy Developments PLC was always quoted on AIM (an LSE‑operated market) and was never listed on the London Stock Exchange Main Market. When did QDE release the RNS on delisting and moving to the main market? Happy to get the clarification from investor relations to really shoot you down if you want?

I am confused why LSE Rules. Yes they say listed on LSE but they are trading on AIM?

Treats 30 June as the hard stop

Issues interims “without undue delay” (not within 3 months)

Not going to get in to a long winded answer, but in short QDE is not subject to DTR.

There is still a strong possibility of them issuing end April looking at their history but they are not bound by it. As far as I am concerned.

I am referring to the deadline which still applies for QDE. 6 Months from end of financial year = June 30th 2026.

Rubbish - We are a 31st December year end company, audited annual results must be published within 6 months of the financial year end (rule 19) Unless I am totally wrong QDE must publish year end results by 30th June 2026. I believe their last audited results 2025 were released early April 2025 but the deadline was still June. Happy to stand corrected if you can point me to an official source of 4 months after audited results for QDE?

No worries Invester I do not see the long winded avoid specific answer emails, must have filtered long ago. I could have reported amatuer for blatant mis information on potential suspension Thursday. But I will just continue to pick holes in their mis information.

Is that a new market regulation, you have to publish how much cash you have & how long it will last? If so most of the companies I am invested in have defaulted on this? Unless we are in a reverse take over I do not think we have to? Again maybe wrong!
