Although Nuformix are not obliged to give a reason or no reason for the drop in SP it does force them to double check they are not holding on to news that could be price sensitive? Which may mean errr actually we probably should release that!

I read the RNS and although not heavily invested here I really thought that news would have moved the SP more! Maybe need to do a bit more research! Maybe once the market digests the news you might get a bit of buying?

I don't think you will see an announcement on bond until after AGM as I presume the resolution would be agreed here?
