Soup I do not think that was the case, as the RNS would definitely have been worded differently " FDA requesting further clarification for one specific element of the application" To me this more on prevalence calculations rather than the drug substance etc.

Not sure were the Tuesday came from? They confirmed to me via email that the data was submitted as per the RNS on 12th November?

OSD - It would depend on the complexity of the data submitted, If complex, which it did not sound like, the FDA can reset the 90 day clock, but if not, it is hard to put an exact timeline. Normally when additional info requested the timeclock is paused and then restarted upon receiving the data. Nothing in the RNS suggests that additional info falls in to the criteria to restart 90 day review period. I think this is just dependent on workload of FDA and news could fall anytime. IMHO.

Yep looking forward to seeing what they have! Only a small holding here now but still interested to see the potential marketability.
