it's clearly still undervalued if you look at the free cash flow generated. We have money in the bank and no debt, PGM metals are at historically high levels and they do not seem to go down, we are producing at a very stable levels and a one-off special dividend could soon be declared. It's a very solid company with very limited downside

Bhukia Project (India)

In collaboration with its strategic partner in India, Galaxy, the Company continued its efforts to negotiate an amicable outcome with the Government of Rajasthan (GoR). In parallel, the Company has continued to seek the enforcements of its rights through the High Court of Rajasthan. Up until Covid-19, the Company had made encouraging progress in its discussions with the GoR. However, with the onset of Covid-19, the Company's momentum stalled while India grapples with the high rates of virus transmission. In recent weeks, the Courts have resumed, primarily by video. While a new court date has been scheduled for early next year, there is no certainty that the case will be heard, and it may subsequently be rescheduled. The Company will update the market of any material developments in India as they occur.



In the interim, the Company continues to preserve its interests through the interim stay order in our favour by the Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan (September 2018). The order restrains the GoR from granting third party rights within the area applied for by the JV under the PL application.

great post TT. Let's not forget that hedging is almost gone and that production at NL is going to increase in Q1. This, with the increase in reserves should propel the share price, even if gold stays at the current levels. If gold goes up like most expect, then this is going to fly

from what I have seen (corporate presentations and interviews), Shanta is the poster child of mining operations in Tanzania, for its engagement with local population and respect of the environment. They employ mostly local workers and contractors, pay their taxes and do charity work in the villages near NL. I would not be concerned about human right issues

if anything meaningful came out of the court the company has to issue an RNS. It would be nice to see one after trading closes today! However, the hearing could have been postponed further. There's also the possibility that these court proceedings may not be the end of the saga..
As for other news from Africa, I think we may have to wait a bit more for the geochemical surveys to be completed. Drilling should follow shortly afterwards. It's going to be a busy Q1-Q2

Extract from the RNS from the 30/10

The company is pleased to announce that significant progress is being made with its exploration programme which commenced on the 28th of September 2020. As of the 29th of October the Company had drilled 23 Reverse Circulation (RC) holes, including a total of 21 RC holes across Baggy Green, Baggy Green North and Clarke.
Pyrite, biotite and some quartz alteration have been observed in a number of intervals across a number of holes, and while not definitive, this style of alteration can be associated with gold mineralisation. The samples are being sent in batches to ALS laboratories, where they are prepared in Adelaide and then assayed in Perth. ALS have advised that initial batches of sample pulps have been received in Perth, and the initial results should be available within the next two weeks.

It's been three and a half weeks. Results could come out any day now

court date is set later this month but it won't necessarily happen because of COVID and the notorious unpredictability of the indian legal system. Also, an eventual court decision may be important but would not necessarily be definitive. Bottom line: let's concentrate on Africa where more exciting things are happening.
