The JV interest was mentioned also in some RNS, including the one on exploration from January 12. I would expect to hear again about it when the ink is on the paper. It should not be long now.
Then, from experience, it is not unusual to see an RNS informing investors about a signed JV that was never mentioned before..

I agree, it's a great moment now to enter or to top up. I bought some more and have now more than 1M shares. Not bothered by the daily swings, this is a very solid punt which is very likely to be worth a lot more in 1 or 2 years. Just keep adding whilst the SP is so low and wait for the right time to bank the profits. We are fully funded, we are drilling non stop, JV news are round the corner and we hold some amazing licences. No brainer as far as I am concerned

I agree with you. I am in the same situation and I am also in PAT, ECR and COBR. But they are all likely to bounce back even if POG does not recover immediately. SHG is making more money now than when POG was at $2000 as we are no longer hedged. I have also the feeling that the current drilling is going to deliver a significant increase in resources

lots of news to come between now and the payment of the dividend in April. Drilling results from NLG, Singida and WK should be made public very soon and, from the tone of Eric's last proactive investor interview, they are likely to be positive.
If this is the case and POG has bottomed out, we are in for a nice ride upwards

still nothing on the Rajasthan high court website but the SP is dropping. Has it been postponed again and someone with friends in India is selling?

at the analysts meeting EZ said that they would make an announcement on the dividend "over the next couple of weeks". It was the 25/1 so it could come any moment. That would attract more institutional investors and give a push to the SP..

maybe it's also connected to the COVID situation. The president of Tanzania has finally admitted that the country has a problem. A RNS from Shanta confirming that operations are (hopefully) not affected would help in the short term. Anyway, I am not worried. We are producing and accumulating cash. We should soon here news about the various drilling operations and about the dividend. My only problem is that I am not able to top up further right now. This share is massively undervalued even with POG below $1800

could be profit taking by those who bought a few days ago expecting the rise. Or it's someone who knows something.. I would not be surprised if the case has been postponed further. Fingers crossed

caravanboy: you are misrepresenting what I wrote. I said that a placing is likely to come at some point. It's an exploration company ffs. I've also warned about fantasists like brokermandan who make up rumours based on no factual evidence. I think the company has enough cash to avoid a placing in the very short term but things are likely to change. Hopefully this will come when we are well above 30p again

UKinvestor: that placing is coming at some point is obvious also to me. I am just warning about certain posters or bloggers who profit from spreading rumours. I warned also against constant rampers. I have a significant holding in PAT and I would prefer a balanced debate, hence my comments on brokermandan
