Further information regarding the offer to purchase shares by Redmile Group LLC

In order to clarify apparent confusion caused by action notices disseminated by some brokers, please see below a link to the letter to remaining shareholders from Redmile Group LLC (“Redmile”) sent on 27 May 2020 following the closing of the offer on 30 April 2020.

We would stress that the purpose of this letter was to set out the right under the Companies Act for shareholders to require Redmile to purchase their remaining shares at the offer price of 15.5p if they (the shareholder) so wishes.

It does not confer, nor is there, any right for Redmile to make a compulsory purchase of any shares from current shareholders.

The daily small drops is becoming irritating - CF from being all over the press has gone quiet - we seem to have lost our momentum slightly - thoughts guys !

Does anyone know exactly what's happening here ? I see we've had a couple of scammer on this chat - bit I don't believe they've caused this shenanigans

Redx - don't give a monkeys about their PI's if they did they would update them with an RNS to explain WTF is going on !

With my limited knowledge In mining the share price should match 20% of the PFS value of the asset - what that is I bow you the knowledge of the board !

When is the PFS due ?

Lets face it mining is expensive - there may be £m's under the ground - but it takes £m's to get it out - so as an investor in a mining company these dilutsions will happen more often than you would want - it's the lifeblood of a small mining company - if you have faith, trust and respect for the management here (i don't know yet) you're investment will grow. I do however struggle with the price paid ???

Do we have a completion date for feasibility study ?

Sales orders does not equal profit ?

Profit = Invoice value less costs and overheads - I would suggest we’ve only raised deposit invoices only on the new contracts - final invoices will come as will profit on the P&L - Service companies are not in the get rich quick gang - steady profitable contracta will bring Long term profit - Imutex is the accelerator to this party

No one knows what’s going to happen - that’s the only fact I know - we can all guess what we think may happen, NM doesn’t actually know today how this chess game will end - I know this, I was in here 10 years ago at various 30’s and 20’s teens and right down to rock bottom - i wrote this share off - So whatever happen is a bonus even though this has become my largest single stock investment

Is there any further upside here ?

I am not a trader - I haven’t got the time - so I invest mid to long term unless I’m lucky and a stock finds gold, or more gold than originally discovered, a vaccine or investment from a big pharma - I’ve held Other shares for years - that are now coming to fruition - IMO Orph is not a traders dream service companies rarely are however if I was a trader I’d keep an eye here for sale of imutex ??
