Well done Character for what has been a challenging year. This company flies well under the radar of most investors but have to say BOD are solid here.
Great news about potential contract extension with Hasbro (who bought out Entertainment One).

Someone must have got wind of the good results just released - or assessed the general sentiment towards the toy market which seems to be positive at the moment.
I know this link is old but covers most of the reported 2nd half period and provided an inkling of what was to come when reported back in July.

Hi Everoptomistic, in the interests of DYOR is is possible to post up the two brokers names/links - if possible. I only know of Progressive Equity (that is commissioned by Loopup). TIA.
The drop first thing this morning is the sort of drop an oil/gas company experiences on a 'no discovery'. Severely overdone in my opinion @Rag, agree with you should have been 20% drop at most. Well done to the opportunists this morning for an unbelievable entry price - hopefully some of you may convert to long term holders! :-). I am sitting well in the red but don't feel the 'moderately' bad news warrants such a massive SP drop - otherwise I would have bailed.
Hi Battersea It could be...time will tell I guess - although there has been minor support at this level before. Also those that are into their TA will know that 152 is our current 200 day MA. So we could expect some sort of downward movement if this is breached. All psychology at the moment me thinks. A week in the stock market can seem like a lifetime!
Morning Thorndon - as Chatbot said you have to filter directly on the webpage. As this filter is not encoded in the URL, I cannot post a direct link on this site. Hope this helps.
As we watch the SP slide...take some time to see what others are saying. Here are some reviews (some recent) to help you ascertain LOOP's offering - and whether you think it is a good one...

Good point Prattt. As they are a nominee broker I imagine it is probably the latter, which would give a bit more of an indication of the type of investor.
@Ragnar - also Level 2 - looks like someone is filling their boots as MM Buyers (over past week) is more often than not outweighing the Sellers - although I realise this is not the full picture and can be easily skewed...
Hi Prattt, very timely about Juptier - The Loopup page for this information was updated yesterday. Although only a snapshot all the Major Shareholders holdings are listed. If you google the cached page you can see when it was last updated previously - you will see that Jupiter has sold almost 50% of their holding (since the page was last updated in June 2020).
There have been other interesting changes including a 4% stake from Interactive Investor! https://loopup.com/en/investors/investor-information/
I agree Fish - I believe nothing has really changed with respect to the new way people are beginning to conducting their business meetings i.e. virtually - which is the thing that changed in a big way when the pandemic hit. The tech movement to 'Unified Comms' is progress, Loop are (one of many who are) part of this and have a few fingers in a few pies including announcing their allegiance to MS Teams with their Direct Routing integration. Corporate PBX systems have been moribund for a while but Microsoft et. al. will be the death knell...the future is now!
Hi Shadow - I have not received yet - my brokers are Barclays.
Agree - good update to the market and also good to note the current operational disruption from COVID-19 is minimal. Good Social Responsibility work too - donating the hand Sanitiser to medical and retail sectors.
...but a 'good' share always wins out right? I had Character in my watchlist and was always looking for a buying opportunity - in the last week one has been presented and although it has taken the silly fall (like others) it has not really corrected itself yet. I think the momentum will build on this one and although I expect more volatility I believe this will carry positive momentum. With great companies I am always happy to wait.
Entertainment One has greenlighted the production of the second season “PJ Masks.” The new episodes, produced eOne and Frog Box, in collaboration with broadcasters Disney Junior and France 5, will showcase new adventures and challenges for Catboy, Owlette and Gekko as they save the day from the show’s nighttime villains. The new season of “PJ Masks” is set to launch in fall 2018. http://www.licensemag.com/license-global/eone-greenlights-pj-masks-season-two
Hi Filmster, Yes I believe so - certainly it would be consistent with previous years if a statement is issued within next couple of weeks...
Kevi - totally agree with your last paragraph. Also Singer have been bearish on this stock for a while.

Thanks Bazzaman!
Hi Hottentot - I think this was confirmed by RNS - which is great news so RI fully funded.
