very good close at 2.49 last trade. Open above and go tomorrow. Today was nice shake out - not expected - but ms know how to shake'em/ take out stops/ good time to do it mind you).

Fair value upwards of 7p. But mkt is rarely fair - as the case here. Today was huge news and excellent price driven down nicely. - all sellers out and stops taken.

To strengthen the balance sheet, Rolls has identified potential disposals which would generate over £2bn. The group had total liquidity of £6.1bn at the end of June, including £4.2bn in cash and £1.9bn in undrawn credit. A further £2bn loan was finalized this month.

now that was discount for existing holders (3 for 1 split for them) - and they too will be topping up now to make up the difference. Its the way to go with rights issue which resolve funding issues for years ahead. And they plan to reduce costs.

So make not mistake from here - this will be one of the stocks that will make people very rich indeed.

Din - prefer nice and easy , but this is too low now - can't see it dwindling down here, as people will release cash and pile in.
