I agree this would be a great time for management to step out and talk to the market — whether through an interview or a short presentation — to explain what’s been happening across the business.

A lot has been achieved in a short space of time:

- Conditional approval for a Shariah-compliant digital bank

- A transformational SPAC transaction that’s now approaching its final stages

Together, these materially improve both the strategy and balance-sheet options for the Group.

The share price action speaks for itself. MBO is already shaping up as one of the strongest-performing AIM stocks this year, with sharp gains just since last week. Investor interest is clearly rising — which is why the noise has picked up too.
