We are luckily buying off stress seller (some of PI's who usually sell and re-buy later) who had 192m left - so we ought to be glad in a way - otherwise we would be paying ..15/.20 by now! but that is coming too.

Needs to price in current New Production updates updates - including AUS

Some good buys so far, stress seller should be out too. Hold'em well.
