hold - they want / need your shares. they have non to sell. :)

besides the are now willing to sell company/ or part of it to satisfy creditors if required, again good for shareholders, no new shares

not all new stock will be issued. if clean co, then share price is 100p say, then you get part of the share along with the insiders - current mkt cap 80m is too low - it will much higher share now as all creditors playing ball.

I agree, hold, accumulate as we go is an investing strategy CINE and shares will be around well into next year - hopefully much higher , it has only been 7 days since the dose of v.positive developments expecting some up and downs
