Not now flava, that was the case before, not now following last week - where agreed to pay rent and creditors agreed to the $1.9b liquidity in response. Plus sale of certain assets etc etc. We have had this discussion long ago - why do you think it hit 9+ on vol last week?
Also insiders still hold 275M shares work that out. Why would they mess that up? Common sense here.
